Meet Dr. Foley
Dr. Daniel Foley has been in the private practice of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Boulder, Colorado since 1982. He obtained his undergraduate degree from St. John’s University in Minnesota and graduated from Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha, Nebraska.
Following dental school, he served as a Captain in the United States Air Force Dental Corps in Ramstein, Germany. He completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Minnesota in 1982 and served as Chief Resident in his final year. Dr. Foley moved to Boulder and started his oral surgery practice in 1982. He has been named as one of Boulder‘s top dentists by 5280 magazine every year since 2005.

Specialization
He is past president of the Colorado Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and past president of the Boulder Broomfield County Dental Society. Dr. Foley provides a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgical care with emphasis on dental-alveolar surgery, wisdom tooth removal, dental implants, corrective jaw surgery (orthognathic surgery) and trauma to the facial skeleton. Dr. Foley has been placing dental implants since 1986 and has placed over 12,000 implants.
Dr. Foley has medical staff privileges at Boulder Community Hospital. He is certified in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.

Outside of the office, Dr. Foley volunteers his time serving on mission trips with the Belize Mission Project. Dr. Foley also donates his services treating patients through the Donated Dental Network
He and his wife of 40 years, Judy, have three children, Kathryn, Benjamin and Nicholas. They enjoy traveling and hiking. Dr. Foley is an avid golfer, skier and fly fisherman.
